Colorado Wedding Vendors
Wedding planning can be a lot of work but I believe that in the end it is well worth it! I hope this list of wedding professionals is helpful in finding the perfect vendors to work with for your Colorado wedding, whether you are getting married in Boulder, Denver, Vail, or Crested Butte.
The following is a list of qualified wedding vendors I wouldn’t think twice about hiring to help me with my wedding. There are so many beautiful wedding venues, unique wedding cakes, stunning wedding dresses, and yummy caterers that I wish I could have a wedding each year! My only words of advice is to hire vendors you would want to invite to your wedding – people you trust, respect, and enjoy being around – because that is essentially what you are doing!
Since local and sustainable is important to me I have denoted which vendors call Colorado their home and have incorporated environmentally friendly practices into their business.
I love talking weddings so feel free to give me a call to chat more!

| Queen Anne B&B: The Queen Anne B&B’s owner is extremely passionate about 3 things: community, sustainability and good food. It is for these reasons that I love the Queen Anne. It is probably my favorite local green business and the people there are incredibly hospitable. It is the perfect spot for an intimate backyard wedding or to spend your wedding night in one of their modern rooms. | www.QueenAnneBnB.com Denver, CO Travel@QueenAnneBnB.com 303.296.6666 | ||
| 910 Art Gallery: Nine10Arts, is an innovative fusion of art and green building. It’s 9-5 job is as an art gallery housed in a green built building but on the weekends it shines as a wedding reception venue. The women at 910 are great to work with and even let you bring in your own caterer or even cater the event yourself! It is a unique space and worth a look! | www.910arts.com Denver, CO Info@910arts.com 303.815.1779 | ||
| Pastures of Plenty: Pastures of Plenty is an ideal location for those of you looking to have a barn/rustic/farm wedding and has beautiful outdoor ceremony locations. You only have one choice for a caterer – them – but they serve up fantastic organic food from their farm so it really isn’t a downfall. I am excited to shoot two weddings at Pastures of Plenty next year! | www.pasturesofplentyfarm.com Boulder, CO pasturesofplenty@aol.com (303) 440-7103 | ||
| Dunton Hot Springs Resort: I think this one might take the cake for me. I am a sucker for hot springs, wilderness, and being able to stay on site; all of which Dunton Hot Springs offers. Get this, Dunton Hot Springs is a restored ghost town set in an alpine valley, near to Telluride. It retains its original character with a little European flair. AND you have to cross a gated bridge to enter the town… please have your wedding here and ask me to be your photographer – it sounds so beautiful! Yep, if I were to redo my wedding it would be here. Need… to… tear myself away from the photos… | www.duntonhotsprings.com Telluride, CO (970) 882-4800 | ||
| Denver Botanic Gardens: Whether you are interested in a rustic outdoor wedding (They have a barn!) or an intimate garden wedding the Denver Botanic Gardens can accommodate you. Bonus – you can save on decorations, the gardens are always beautiful! The folks there are great to work with, everyone seems to love their job. Their caterer is eco-friendly! | www.botanicgardens.org Denver, CO facilityrental@botanicgardens.org 303-973-3705 | ||

| Lovely Confections: How is Lovely Confections eco-minded? The list goes on and on. Porche is definitely passionate about sustainable foods and there is no “green washing” here – she is dedicated to sustainability and it shows in almost every aspect of her business. She doesn’t compromise design for sustainability though – her cupcakes are so darn cute! | www.lovelyconfectionsbakery.com 720-524-7770 | ||
| Shamanes Bake Shoppe: Like Lovely Confections, Shamane’s list of how they are going green goes on and on – including an in-house garden! Plus they are one of the only “sustainably-minded” caterers I found who compost! Maybe I should fake another wedding to go do some taste testing. | www.shamanesbakeshoppe.com shamane@shamanesbakeshoppe.com 303-417-9338 | ||
